Vessel MMSI must be 9 digits; weather at its last known position

Vessel IMO must be 7 digits

Vessel UUID must be a Datalastic vessel UUID

Port UN/LOCODE five letters and digits, for example NLRTM

Port UUID must be a Datalastic port UUID
